New VoIP Call Recording Solution for SMBs

CTI Group and CommPartners Connect have partnered to offer VoIP call recording for small and medium-sized businesses called SmartRecord IP.

Telrex Intros advanced VoIP call recording software for Cisco CallManager

Telrex has made available an advanced version of its VoIP call recording and monitoring software, CallRex Professional 3.5 that would verify recordings of encrypted VoIP calls for Cisco CallManager 5.0.

The CallRex Professional 3.5 version possesses advanced distributed-services software architecture and better scalability bringing higher level of security to ensure that call recording files cannot be modified or deleted so easily.

Using the Professional 3.5 version, we can notify any alteration made to a call recording since any changes interrupt its watermark showing that interfere has been made.
