The viatalkfree site is down at the moment. But it was true while it lasted. I have added a screen capture of a part of the site. The rest you can see on Google cache.
On the other hand, if they are this (?)reliable, may be it is time you go and check out other free voip service providers like Yoomba and jungl.
If things change I will let you know!.
