Need to get CCIE certification? The Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert Voice certification is an industry-recognized accreditation for senior engineers in IP-enabled Voice technology disciplines.

One training company, IPexpert, is now training for the new 3.0 version of the test.

Telanetix, Inc. has launched a new product intended for training facilities and large group telepresence sessions. Immersive Collaboration Environment, or ICE,  allows an unlimited number of conference participants per site.

ICE is a cost-effective way to start virtual training. It assembles in four days or so and costs less than half the price of competitors.
