When I used to have to spend a lot of my work day on the phone, while performing a variety of other tasks, a headset was my savior. I could type, organize, count money – whatever was needed – and all without stepping away from the chain of calls I would have to take.

Well, VoIP phones can have headsets too. And if you’re in Europe, those headsets can be from Sony.
