A lot of times the best law suits are the ones that generate the most attention. The plaintiff files the lawsuit against the most famous target and then uses them as an example. After winning the case the plaintiff works outside of the court system to get other offenders to stop their actions, capitulate and pay up, or end up in court. Sound like coercion? Not exactly.
