Panasonic has unveiled the Panasonic Wi-Fi phone to use with Skype. This new device allows Skype users to make and receive free Skype-to-Skype calls, and also allows them to make SkypeOut calls to landline and mobile phones worldwide. Even users can also receive SkypeIn calls from landlines and mobiles.

The solution is simple to use and plug without the need of PC. Panasonics KX-WP1050 is Skype certified system, which easy to install and use Wi-Fi Panasonic product. The Panasonic KX-WP1050 allows Skype users to enjoy Internet calling in home, office or other open Internet access points. It allows users to access Internet, while on the move also. The new model offers a range and security of WPA encrypted Wi-Fi technology. Additionally, it also offers Quality of Service (QoS) to improve voice quality and menu-driven operations, a loud handset speakerphone and in-built headset jack for international calls.

The weight of Panasonic phone is only just 4 ounces, which includes a Lithium-ion battery that can provide you 55 hours of standby time and 4.5 hours of talk time. In addition it has following features:
