Packet8’s Virtual Office Named Most Popular SMB Hosted VoIP Phone Service

8×8, Inc., provider of Packet8 residential, business and video VoIP phone services, announced today that a new reported released by the research firm AMI Partners puts 8×8’s Packet8 Virtual Office service as the number one hosted VoIP phone system in the US for small and medium sized businesses.
The report, SMB Interest Perks Up in Hosted VoIP, was compiled last month, and indicated that Packet8 Virtual Office’s 6,000 customers puts them ahead of the pack. AMI’s research used end user surveys from small and medium sized businesses, ”as well as briefings, data and publicly available financial statements and news releases from voice communications vendors.”
