Microsoft announces beta release of Windows Live Messenger 8.1

Microsoft has made a beta release of Windows Live Messenger 8.1 bringing some change in the earlier version.
It includes Roaming Identity, Contact Card, SMS Phone Book, New Contact Emotion, Report abuse, Vista Presentation Mode and Behind the scenes changes.
As of now, it is available in Verizon for promotion. The users can check it out by registering for Verizon Web Calling. By doing so, they can make two free three-minute calls anywhere.
