Kayote embeds Smart Card VoIP authentication of KoolSpan

KoolSpan Inc, the sole provider of embeddable Secure and Encrypted and Trusted (SET) LinkTM Technology and Kayote Networks have reached an agreement to provide large enterprise and carrier providers a more secure and reliable VoIP solutions.

As per the agreement, Kayote would embed KoolSpans smart card authentication services in its VoIP management solutions to connect its carrier-class network, users, and devices with encrypted network layer access.

KoolSpans smart card is based on SET technology that automatically creates secure, encrypted, trusted network links between any two points on VOIP network. It solves the traditional network problems like lack of interoperability caused by firewalls, VPN clients and connection to NAT IP addresses.
