GrandCentral adds Gizmo Project support

Source: voipcentral.org

We are more or less familiar with GrandCentral, which provides users a single number to enjoy a variety of services. The company has announced interoperability of its web-based services with Gizmo Project, the most popular SIP-based VoIP service that enables customers to enjoy free calling services anywhere in the world.

Craig Walker, CEO of GrandCentral Communications explains,

Gizmo Project is the perfect complement to GrandCentral as it furthers our mission to be the one phone number for life solution that people need.

With this interoperability, GrandCentral customers have an opportunity to designate their free Gizmo Project profile ID as one of their destination numbers that would ring on their PCs or Nokia dual mode phone or Internet Tablet.

The Gizmo Project users also gain a lot from this interoperability as the GrandCentral services enable them to receive free calls directly from the traditional telephone network on their Gizmo-supported Nokia devices, Mac and PCs.
