GoDaddy’s VoIP Analytics Solution

GoDaddy is going VoIP for its call centers. The call centers employ 1,100 customer service people in three locations. (You’d need that many too, if you had 27 million domains to manage.)
NICE Systems will be providing VoIP services including advanced analytics solutions for the three call centers. The solution is scalable for GoDaddy’s anticipated growth.
