Cisco, the leading supplier of networking equipment and networking management for corporate sector is better known for its scaled down VoIP system, Smart Business Communications System (SBCS).
The SBCS is a highly reliable VoIP solution for any small business set up consisting of 16 employees bringing unified communication, security, switching, wireless and system management tools.
On the other hand, IPcelerate is bundling up a host of small business applications in its IPsmartSuite. It caters daily needs of a business enterprise.
The IPsmartSuite uses an IP phone system to manage basic functions including staffing, task management, payroll controls, billing, appointment reminders and emergency response.
With this agreement, both the companies will integrate IPsmartSuite with SBCS to support vertical applications such as time and labor functions, call recording for transcription, automated patient or client notification and 911 service.
