Ok…..the AT&T Service Tech is now here.

I needed new remotes.

When I called yesterday, they told me that the service tech don’t carry remotes and that I had to order one.  Not only that, but it would take 14 business days to get them in. 

I asked if I could pick one or two up at the AT&T store.  Nope.

I asked whey the service techs did not carry extra remotes.  I was told that each set top box was matched to the remotes. 

Not true.

Anyway, as of now, he is programming remote #1.
