Canadian VoIP software developer Arcosoft has launched its Caller ID for VoIP systems. The Caller ID comes with their VONaLink ScreenPop Program.

The ScreenPop searches the Microsoft Outlook contacts and initiates a custom application to search the web or your company database using the caller ID of the incoming call. If the caller is traced out, the information is popped on the screen. At the same time, the unwanted callers would be added to a reject list.
